All the baking ingredients to make a 6 large Gluten Free Scones. Simply pour the mason jar mix into a bowl and add 1/2 cup of butter (melted), 1 egg, and 1/3 cup of milk. Combine thoroughly. Scoop 1/2 cup balls of dough and place on cookie sheet a few inches apart. Feel free to shape your scones into whichever shape you desire PRIOR to baking (round, oval, rectangular, etc). Bake at 325 degrees for 11-14 minutes or until the top of the scones are golden brown. Once baked, if available, drizzle icing over scones. Allow to cool and then cut (if desired). 

Contains: gluten free flour (rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, and xantham gum), salt, baking powder, oats, brown sugar, white sugar, and your choice of add-in:

  • Chocolate Chip: semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Dairy Free/Vegan: dairy free/vegan semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Cranberry: dried cranberries
  • Cranberry White Chocolate: dried cranberries, white chocolate chips
  • Strawberries & Cream: dried strawberries, white chocolate chips

Optional add-on: icing sugar glaze mix. This mix contains icing sugar and a tag full of ideas for the flavours of icing glaze that you can make (lemon icing, vanilla icing, almond icing, etc.).
